Dr Swanston has moved to SmartClinics Family Medical Centre located in Manunda. If you would like to continue seeing Dr Swanston, please follow her to her new clinic located in Raintrees Shopping Village on Alfred Street.

We can arrange a transfer of your medical records at no cost when you attend the Manunda clinic in person.

The clinic is open 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. There is ample free parking at the shopping centre. Bookings are available via the SmartClinics website, HotDoc App or call 07 4053 2255
