How To Book
For GP appointments, call (07) 4036 3520. You can also book online via Hotdoc: click here.
This surgery operates by appointment only. Please book ahead. To ensure continuity of care, we will always try to book you in with your usual doctor unless you specifically request another doctor.
A standard appointment is 10 minutes. A longer consultation may be required if you have numerous or complex medical issues or require a procedure. In this instance, please call to discuss your situation with our reception staff.
If you have an urgent problem, this will be seen as soon as possible. In a medical emergency, please call 000 and ask for an ambulance. For after-hours non-urgent appointments, please call House Call Doctor on 13 55 66.
Telehealth (phone & video) appointments are available, these can be booked online or by calling our Reception team.
If an appointment is no longer required, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can allocate it to another patient. A fee may be charged for non-attendance.
You are able to cancel your appointment via our online booking system HotDoc, however, please contact us via phone if you need assistance.
