The doctors at Plaza Family Health offer mixed billing to patients, and appointment fees may apply for your GP consultation.

Patients with a Pension Card and children under 16 are bulk billed.

The doctors offer discounted fees to Concession Card holders.

Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. We can process your Medicare instantly if you have set up your BSB and account number with Medicare.

You may request your medical records be transferred to an alternate GP. A fee may apply. Please contact us directly for details.
