The doctors at Plaza Family Health offer mixed billing to patients, and appointment fees may apply for your GP consultation.

Patients with a Pension Card and children under 16 are bulk billed.

The doctors offer discounted fees to Concession Card holders.

Following the announcement of the 2024-2025 Federal Budget and the Government’s lack of investment in General Practice, our fees will increase on 1st June 2024. This is due to the ongoing discrepancy between the cost of operating a general practice clinic and low increases to the Federal Government’s Medicare rebates. This decision has not been made lightly and is necessary to continue to provide high-quality health care to our local community. If you have concerns or questions regarding fees, please contact our clinic directly.
Payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS or credit card. We can process your Medicare instantly if you have set up your BSB and account number with Medicare.

You may request your medical records be transferred to an alternate GP. A fee may apply. Please contact us directly for details.
